Atos, a French IT consulting firm in the process of splitting into two listed entities, expects its sales from the loss-making Tech Foundations unit to reach its lowest point in 2024, according to a statement ahead of its investor day.
The unit, which groups Atos' legacy IT consulting activities, is expected to generate around €5bn ($5.3bn) in sales in 2024 and return to growth from 2026. Atos is looking to regain investor confidence following governance instability, heavy losses, and sharp stock swings. The company is aiming to split Tech Foundations from Eviden, which includes cybersecurity division BDS and supercomputers.
