Atos (ATOS.PA), opens new tab said on Wednesday that a consortium led by French investor David Layani's Onepoint has withdrawn from discussions aimed at reaching a restructuring agreement with the ailing IT firm.
Another consortium, EPEI, led by Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, sent Atos a letter informing it of its interest in rejoining talks.
