Techysquad has appointed Alexis Droussiotis as Chief Operating Officer, adding an experienced trading-technology executive to its leadership team as the company continues to scale its brokerage and fintech technology business.
Techysquad announced the appointment on LinkedIn, highlighting Droussiotis’ experience in scaling operations and building high-performing teams as the company enters its next stage of growth.
The move brings Droussiotis into a senior operational role at a company focused on technology solutions for forex brokers and proprietary trading firms.
Nearly Two Decades in Trading Technology
Droussiotis has more than 15 years of experience across brokerage operations, liquidity connectivity, trading platforms and financial technology.
His earlier career also included senior positions at PrimeXM, FXTM, Alpari, Windsor Brokers and SpotOption, giving him broad exposure to brokerage infrastructure, operations and technology.
As COO, Droussiotis brings experience from both the technology provider and brokerage sides of the industry.
His appointment comes as Techysquad continues to expand its technology offering for brokers and prop firms. The Dubai-based company develops solutions including Forex CRM, Prop Trading CRM, Traders Room, multi-level IB systems, PAMM technology and trade-copying tools, alongside integrations with platforms including MT4, MT5, cTrader and TradeLocker.
Techysquad says its teams operate across the UAE, India, Serbia, Cyprus and Malta, supporting brokerage businesses in international markets.
The company describes itself as a B2B technology provider rather than a brokerage, with its systems designed to help financial firms manage areas including client onboarding, payments, trading accounts, IB networks and day-to-day operations.
Droussiotis’ appointment gives Techysquad a senior executive with extensive hands-on knowledge of the infrastructure used by modern brokers.
His background across platform management, liquidity technology, broker operations and business development is closely aligned with the company’s core market as brokerage firms increasingly look for integrated systems capable of supporting more products, platforms and clients.
With Alexis Droussiotis joining as Chief Operating Officer, Techysquad is strengthening its leadership structure as it looks to scale its operations, develop its technology ecosystem and support further growth across global brokerage and fintech markets.
