Q2 Holdings Promotes Jonathan Price to Co-CEO in Major Leadership Restructuring

Financial technology provider Q2 Holdings has appointed Jonathan Price as Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective October 29, 2026, as the company adopts a shared leadership structure to support its long-term growth strategy.

Price will serve alongside Matt Flake, who remains President and Chairman of the Board. He will also join Q2's Board of Directors while temporarily retaining his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer until a successor is appointed.

Price has served as CFO since November 2024, having previously held senior roles overseeing strategy, corporate development and emerging businesses.

According to the company, the leadership transition aims to strengthen management continuity while maintaining its focus on financial performance, operational execution and customer relationships.

The announcement coincided with Q2's third-quarter financial results, which showed a 12% year-over-year increase in revenue to $225.8 million.

The appointment comes as Q2 continues developing its digital banking technology and financial institution solutions, positioning its executive team to support the company's next phase of growth.
