Founder of NISAA Lead, senior HR leader and international speaker, Yasmin Gihad is creating a new conversation around women, careers and success.
For Yasmin Gihad, empowering women is more than a professional interest—it is a purpose.
Yasmin is the Founder of NISAA Lead, a platform created to support ambitious working women and mothers in building successful careers while maintaining a fulfilling personal life, without burnout or losing themselves along the way.
NISAA Lead was born from Yasmin’s own journey and from observing the challenges faced by women navigating demanding careers, leadership, motherhood, and personal aspirations. She believes women should not have to choose between professional ambition and personal fulfillment.
The platform provides women with practical tools, mentoring, insights, and inspiring conversations around leadership, career growth, productivity, confidence, communication, and navigating the different seasons of a woman’s life.
At the heart of NISAA Lead is a simple but powerful message:
You don’t have to sacrifice yourself to succeed.
Yasmin challenges the traditional idea that successful women must “do it all.” Instead, she advocates for intentional choices, smarter ways of working, asking for support, setting boundaries, delegating, and focusing on what truly matters.
A Career Built on Leadership
Yasmin brings 20 years of experience in Human Resources across the full spectrum of the HR function. Today, she is Head of Organization at ADIB Egypt, where she contributes to organizational and people transformation.
Her leadership journey began early. At just 26 years old, she was promoted to a managerial position, reflecting her passion, ownership, and strong leadership capabilities.
Her extensive experience across HR has given her a 360-degree understanding of people, organizations, leadership, talent, performance, rewards, culture, and transformation—experience that now forms a strong foundation for her work through NISAA Lead.
A Voice on International HR Stages
Beyond her corporate role, Yasmin is also an international HR speaker, sharing her insights at HR summits and leadership forums with senior executives, CEOs, CHROs, and HR leaders.
She speaks on topics shaping the future of work, including leadership, skills-based organizations, organizational transformation, AI in HR, and the future of people and work.
For Yasmin, every stage is an opportunity not only to share knowledge, but to challenge conventional thinking and inspire leaders to create workplaces where people can thrive.
Today, her ambition extends beyond her own career.
Through NISAA Lead, Yasmin is building a platform where women can learn, grow, lead, and redefine success on their own terms, because success should not require a woman to lose herself along the way.
