Australian fintech company InDebted has appointed Chris McNamara as Chief Executive Officer and Brendan Lee as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its senior leadership as the company continues to expand internationally.
The appointments took effect on October 1, 2026, with McNamara taking over the CEO role following a leadership transition at the company earlier this year.
McNamara brings experience in scaling technology businesses across international markets. He previously held senior commercial and revenue leadership roles at companies including Advanced Navigation, Remote and Glassdoor, as well as earlier positions at Perpetual and DesignCrowd.
Lee joins InDebted from Morgan Stanley, where he led Technology, Media and Telecommunications investment banking across Australia and New Zealand. Before that, he spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs.
The appointments come as InDebted continues to scale its debt collection and recovery technology platform across multiple markets. The company said it recently recorded 42% year-on-year revenue growth, supported by expansion across its international operations.
InDebted provides technology-led debt recovery services to lenders and financial institutions, using data, automation and artificial intelligence to support collections and customer engagement.
The company has also been expanding its product offering and geographic footprint, including through acquisitions and new technology development.
Founder Josh Foreman, who previously served as CEO, moved into a founder and executive director role focused on AI, product and research, while the new leadership team takes responsibility for the company’s next stage of growth.
The latest appointments reflect InDebted’s broader strategy to strengthen its management structure as it continues to scale its fintech platform globally.
