Fintech and trading technology provider Leverate has introduced ASK, a native AI assistant designed to bring account support, platform navigation and selected trading functions into a single conversational interface.
The tool operates directly inside Leverate’s trading platform and draws information from each user’s live account. Traders can use ASK to check balances, positions, margin, verification status, deposits and other account-related information without switching between multiple screens or support channels.
ASK can also guide users through platform actions and, where brokers allow it, support trade-related functions such as placing, modifying or closing positions. Leverate said any action involving funds or open trades requires confirmation from the user before execution.
For brokerage firms, the technology is designed to reduce friction in customer service and keep more account activity within the broker’s own digital environment. Brokers can determine how the assistant is deployed across different brands, including access permissions, trade execution, escalation routes and usage controls.
The launch forms part of Leverate’s broader move toward AI-driven brokerage infrastructure. Earlier initiatives include tools that connect AI assistants with broker data, operational systems and individual trading accounts through Model Context Protocol-based integrations.
The company’s latest product reflects the growing use of AI across financial technology platforms, where providers are increasingly integrating conversational tools directly into core operating and customer-facing systems.
