NuSummit has appointed Kunal Purohit as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, as the technology services company strengthens its leadership for its next phase of growth.
Purohit brings more than two decades of experience in the global technology sector, with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud services, data and digital transformation. Before joining NuSummit, he held senior leadership positions at major technology companies including Tech Mahindra and HCL Technologies.
In his new role, Purohit will lead the company's overall strategy and operations, with a focus on accelerating growth, expanding its technology capabilities and strengthening relationships with clients across international markets.
The leadership transition will see Anantharaman Sreenivasan, also known as Ganesh, step down from his position as Managing Director and CEO. He will continue to serve as an Executive Director on NuSummit's board until March 31, 2027, helping support the transition and maintain continuity within the business.
NuSummit provides digital and technology services across areas including AI, cloud, cybersecurity and data. Its client base spans several industries, with a significant presence in banking, financial services, insurance and capital markets. The company says it serves more than 300 clients globally, including 22 Fortune 500 companies.
The appointment comes as NuSummit continues to expand its capabilities and global footprint, positioning emerging technologies such as AI and advanced digital solutions as key areas of its growth strategy.
