Trading Technologies International (TT) has appointed Katie Price as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Data, Analytics and Compliance, strengthening its leadership across data, analytics and regulatory technology.
Based in New York, Price will report to Nick Garrow, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer.
Her new role brings together TT’s Data and Analytics business, including TT TCA, with its Compliance operations, including TT Trade Surveillance. The company said the structure reflects the increasing convergence of data-driven analytics, regulatory reporting, oversight and surveillance across the trade lifecycle.
Trading Technologies also pointed to the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence across capital markets, which is increasing demand for trusted data, sophisticated analytics and integrated compliance technology.
By combining these businesses under one leadership structure, TT aims to help clients generate actionable trading insights, meet regulatory obligations and manage risk more effectively.
Before joining Trading Technologies, Price served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Corporates within S&P Global’s Chief Client Office. She previously served as Head of Ventures at S&P Global and at IHS Markit before its acquisition by S&P Global in 2022.
Her career also includes senior roles at IHS Markit, Ipreo, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan, giving her extensive experience across financial services and capital markets.
As part of the leadership transition, Peter Weiler, EVP and Managing Director of Data and Analytics, will move into an advisory role until the end of 2026. Weiler joined TT following its acquisition of Abel Noser Solutions, where he served as CEO.
The appointment comes as Trading Technologies continues to build out its multi-asset capabilities and expand its data, analytics and compliance solutions for clients globally.
