The Board of Directors of the Commercial International Bank (CIB) has appointed Hisham Ezz Al-Arab as the new Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, succeeding Hussein Abaza, who has concluded his tenure at the bank. This appointment is part of CIB's strategy to strengthen its leadership and drive future growth initiatives.
The Board also approved the nomination of Amr El-Ganayni as an Executive Member of the Board, serving as Deputy CEO, given his extensive expertise in the financial sector.
Additionally, the Board has announced the appointment of seasoned professional Tony Prestedge as Executive Advisor to the Board, where he will provide strategic guidance to the leadership team.
