The investment portfolio for stocks and investment funds at Banque du Caire reached approximately 5.3 billion EGP by the end of June 2024, compared to about 4.8 billion EGP at the end of 2023. This represents an increase of 487 million EGP, reflecting a growth rate of 10%.

Additionally, the capital of Tally Digital Payments was bolstered by 75 million EGP, and Cairo Leasing Company received 98 million EGP to expand its operations and introduce new activities, notably in real estate financing. The capital of Cairo Exchange was also increased by 100 million EGP to keep pace with business growth.
Regarding new investments, a securities trading portfolio valued at 50 million EGP has been activated and is managed internally. The bank plans to launch a similar portfolio managed by an external investment manager later this year.
In terms of distributions, the total achieved in the first half of the year was approximately 625 million EGP, compared to 264 million EGP in the same period of 2023, reflecting a growth rate of 136%.
