The head of Twitter announced Friday that the company will take legal measures to compel Elon Musk to "implement" the deal to buy the platform, after the latter had announced earlier that he had abandoned it.
"The Twitter Board of Directors is committed to completing the transaction at the price and terms agreed upon with Musk," Brett Taylor said in a tweet, adding, "We are confident we will prevail."
