Simpson brings 33 years of experience in the financial services industry to Broadridge. Previously, he served as the Global Banking & Markets Operations and Regions Executive for Bank of America, overseeing global operations for institutional and commercial clients, investment banking, and technology and operations for the bank's international business. He also held leadership positions in Bank of America's Global Treasury Services Business, Prime Brokerage and Futures business, and Global Transaction Services business, showcasing his deep expertise in the technology and operational needs of the financial services industry.
The appointment aims to advance Broadridge's client-centric vision and build on its leadership in powering front, middle and back office functions for capital markets and wealth management firms globally.
