Cryptocurrencies record mixed performance as dollar rises ahead of US jobs data  

Cryptocurrencies recorded mixed performances during Thursday's trading, with Bitcoin rising and Ethereum and Ripple declining, amid a slight rise in the US dollar ahead of important US jobs data due on Friday.  

Bitcoin rose by a slight 0.1% to $29,162.61, while Ethereum fell 0.26% to $1,836.15, and  Ripple declined 3.05% to $0.6652.  

Morgan Creek Capital Management's executive director Mark Yusko expects Bitcoin to reach $300,000 by 2028.
