Cryptocurrencies dropped on Wednesday's trading to continue below $31,000, amid a stable dollar.
This comes ahead of the release of minutes from the Federal Reserve's meeting last month to gauge the interest rate path, with expectations of two more rate hikes this year.
Bitcoin fell 0.2% to $30,770.25, at 12:08 pm Makkah time, according to data from "Coinbase".
Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency, dropped 0.35% to $1,930.17, while Ripple fell 0.29% to 48.78 cents.
