The National Bank of Egypt has decided to introduce dollar savings certificates for individuals, in order to preserve the value of their funds in the bank, through interest, to achieve good profits, depending on the value of the amount saved in the bank.
New Gold Certificate
NBE has introduced the new gold certificate, which is worth about US $500 at a minimum, and its multiples can also be opened in euros at the same value and multiples of 3 years.
The return price on the Gold Certificate in dollars is about 5.30% annually, and about 5.25% semi-annual return, while the return on the Certificate in the case of obtaining a quarterly 5.20%. In the case of monthly retention of the Certificate's return, the return is 5.15%.
5-Year Dollar Certificate
The National Bank of Egypt (NBE) has introduced a new $500 minimum and 5-year multiplier certificate at different rates of return. The return is 5.15% for annual return, about 5.10% semi-annual, about 5.05% quarterly, and about 5% monthly.
The dollar testimony 7 years
The third certificate starts at $ 1000 and multiples for a period of 7 years, with different returns. The rate of return is about 5.05% per year, about 5% semi-annual, about 4.95% quarterly, and 4.90% monthly.
