Before assuming this position, Mr. Lukeman spent about 18 years at Credit Suisse, where he worked as Head of ETF Market Making , Head of Delta One Trading, and finally Head of the Equity Finance Group, Americas, and spent about six years at Morgan Stanley as the maker of the stock options market and indices.
