The Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) ended Thursday's session, the end of the week, with a collective rise in indices, after closing during the last two sessions on a decline, amid trading close to one billion pounds, and the market capital gained 3.7 billion pounds to close at the level of 687.549 billion pounds.
The EGX 30 rose 0.54% to close at 9853 points, the EGX 50 rose 0.61% to close at 1878 points, the EGX 30 Weighted Index jumped 0.5% to close at 12115 points, and the EGX 30 Total Return increased 0.41% to close at 3984 points.
The EGX 70 Equal Weight SME Index rose 1.44% to close at 2151 points, and the EGX 100 Equal Weighted Index rose 1.19% to close at 3077 points.
