EXANTE has appointed Abla Osman as Compliance Manager at its UAE office, strengthening the global prime broker’s compliance team as it continues to expand its presence across the Middle East.
Osman joins EXANTE after spending around three years with ATFX, where she served as Senior Compliance and Onboarding Officer for ATFX MENA in Dubai. Her background includes regulatory compliance, onboarding procedures, financial services controls, and supporting firms in meeting local regulatory requirements.
In announcing her new position, Osman said she was looking forward to applying her experience in financial services to support strong regulatory standards, effective governance, and a culture centered on compliance and integrity.
As Compliance Manager, Osman will contribute to EXANTE’s regulatory and governance framework in the UAE, supporting the company’s efforts to maintain effective internal controls and compliance standards as its regional business develops.
Her appointment comes as EXANTE continues to strengthen its Middle East operations. In late 2025, the company also appointed Maya Alorr Badih as Head of Compliance, MEA, based in Dubai, as part of a wider push to expand its compliance capabilities across the region.
Osman’s move adds further experience to that team and reflects the growing importance of compliance leadership within the online trading and investment industry, particularly in rapidly developing financial hubs such as the UAE.
Before joining EXANTE, Osman developed her compliance career at ATFX MENA, where her responsibilities covered compliance and client onboarding.
She has also continued developing her knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment, including recently completing the CISI UAE Financial Rules and Regulations examination, strengthening her understanding of the country’s financial services and capital markets framework.
This experience is expected to support her new responsibilities as EXANTE continues to build its regulatory and compliance infrastructure in the region.
EXANTE describes itself as a global prime broker providing access to more than 50 markets and over 2 million financial instruments through a single multi-currency account supported by proprietary technology.
The company serves professional and institutional clients and operates through regulated entities across several international jurisdictions.
With Abla Osman joining as Compliance Manager, EXANTE is reinforcing its focus on governance, regulatory standards, and responsible growth as it expands its business across the UAE and wider Middle East.
