The Spanish government raised its 2025 gross domestic product growth forecast to 2.6% from a previous 2.4%, Economy Minister Carlos Cuerpo said on Sunday in a post on the X platform.
The Spanish economy expanded a higher than expected 3.2% in 2024, official data showed last week.
The strength of Spain's economy contrasts with other large economies in the euro zone. France expects a 0.9% growth, while Germany expects an even slower 0.3% growth.
