German shoemaker Birkenstock (NYSE:BIRK) said on Tuesday its Chief Financial Officer Erik Massmann will step down after nearly two years in the role, and will be succeeded by Ivica Krolo.
Krolo, who joins the firm on Feb. 1, comes from growth investment firm EMH partners, where he has worked as partner and CFO since 2015.
Birkenstock reaffirmed its annual 2025 forecasts and confirmed that this leadership transition would have no changes in its goals and objectives.
