Cashlink has announced the appointment of Raphael Neuberger as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 1, 2026, marking a significant step in strengthening the company’s executive leadership as it enters its next phase of growth.
Neuberger brings extensive experience across digital assets, financial operations, and regulated banking environments, positioning him well to support Cashlink’s continued expansion within the token-based capital markets. In his dual role, he will oversee core operational functions including partner and customer success, finance, people operations, strategic planning, and governance, ensuring that the company’s growth remains scalable, resilient, and fully compliant.
Prior to joining Cashlink, Neuberger served as Head of Digital Assets at V-Bank AG, where he played a pivotal role in building and scaling regulated digital asset infrastructure. His work focused on bridging traditional banking frameworks with emerging digital asset solutions, contributing to the development of robust, compliant platforms in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable strategic and operational experience at leading consultancy firms Roland Berger and zeb, advising financial institutions on transformation, governance, and growth initiatives.
Neuberger succeeds Dorette Daume, who has been instrumental in shaping Cashlink’s operational and financial foundations. The company expressed its sincere appreciation for Daume’s leadership and dedication, highlighting her lasting impact in building a strong platform to support Cashlink’s long-term vision.
With this appointment, Cashlink underlines its strategic focus on sustainable growth, regulatory excellence, and operational strength as it continues to build the backbone of the digital capital markets ecosystem.
