OpenAI held early talks with investors over raising funds at a valuation of $750 billion, The Information reported on Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The ChatGPT maker held talks to raise at least tens of billions of dollar, and could bring in as much as $100 billion, the report said.
Wednesday’s report comes after reports earlier this week said OpenAI was in talks to raise $10 billion from Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN), and was also considering using the ecommerce giant’s artificial intelligence chips.
